Ribbing machine
Ribbing machine for the realisation of longitudinal stiffening ribs for sheet with– thickness 1,5 mm
at a speed of 20 m/minute.
Solid steel structure. Roll pressure adjustable on 2 shafts which enable to rib sheet from 3 to 6 mm
deepness. Flanging part is composed of set of roll couplet in steel a distance of 160 mm.
By means of side slide it can be possible to obtain symmetric flanging on all sheet length.
The supporting benches of front and rear sheets can be dismantled and remounted quickly to
reduce room when the machine doesn’t work- The machine can be put also on wheels.
